NHS England have developed a new education and training framework to support Children and Young People’s asthma care. The training is free, online and accredited.
The framework is aimed at both health and non-healthcare professionals across all aspects of a child’s life and is divided into five tiers.
Each individual should look at their level of care to determine which ‘tier’ training is the most suitable for them.

Short courses in allergy
Imperial College offer a range of 2 day short courses in Allergy which are available both to students who are enrolled on the MSc in Allergy programme, and as stand-alone CPD programmes for GPs, consultants, nurses and other healthcare professionals. All courses cover the normal structure and function of the target organ before focusing on the diagnosis and management of specific allergic conditions, and explore current research themes with a potential impact on diagnosis and treatment.

Allergy MSc Imperial – new online stream & scholarships
Imperial College London now offers a fully online stream for their part-time Allergy PGCert, PGDip and MSc, in addition to the existing blended stream that includes on-campus attendance.
